Hire for non members is £100 for the main hall only which must be paid 1 week before commencement of hire.

Bar staff will incur an additional charge.

Fire doors must be unlocked at all times when the hall is in use. 

The member's lounge, kitchen and viewing room are not included in the hire, and will always remain accessible to members.

No smoking is allowed on the IOSSC site.

Parking is not permitted in the boat park.

Balloons, and sky lanterns may not be released, and fireworks and pyrotechnics may not be used on IOSSC property.

The hirer agrees not to allow the hall to be used for illegal or anti social activities.

The hall and porch must be left clean and tidy.

All decorations and rubbish must be removed at the end of day hire or by 10am the following day for evening hire.

All damage or accidents must be reported to IOSSC and the hirer may be responsible for costs if the committee feel there is liability to action.

IOSSC and its representatives will not be held responsible for any damage, loss of goods, property or equipment or for personal injury on the club's premises or land, however caused.

In the event of the refusal to comply with these conditions or instructions given by the club, or the hirer any persons attending the function may be excluded.
